To begin creating an Easypromos promotion, the first step is to connect to the Administration Panel. This is the workspace where admins can access all the tools they need to create and manage the different promotions and contests.
With the aim of making it easier to manage campaigns carried out with Easypromos, the Administration Panel provides a ‘labels’ system for promotions created via the platform. In the tutorial below we explain this in more detail.
How does the Easypromos labels system work?
The Easypromos labels system has two main objectives:
1. To organize promotions from the Administration Panel:
The creator of the promotion could, for each promotion, create and associate customized labels which will help him or her to classify the different promotions internally, from within the Administration Panel. The administrator can create as many tags as desired and customize them with different colors to identify them more easily.
Example: you can create a tag for each of your clients or mark the status of the promotion with a tag that says ‘pending review'. Alternatively, you can create a specific tag indicating that the promotion is ready to send to the client.
2. To manage the collaboration system between users (collaborative labels):
Labels can be shared between various users. This means that if a promotion is assigned a label shared by two users then both users will be able to manage the promotion.
Upon accessing Easypromos, all users are provided with a series of ready-to-use automatic tags by default. These are Facebook labels. The user has a label for each Facebook Page he or she manages. The name of the label is the name of the Facebook Page.
Two users who are admins of a same Facebook Page will, by default, have a label that corresponds to this Facebook Page. If a user assigns this tag to a promotion, all the admins of a Facebook Page will be able to see and manage this promotion.
Note: A system is being developed to assign new users to a label without this necessarily being a label that is linked to a Facebook Page.
Here we explain in greater detail how to use the labels to manage the admin permissions of a promotion.
Which types of tags are there?
There are two types of labels:
1. Customized tags 'My labels':
These are labels that can be created by the admin in order to internally organize and classify the different promotions and contests created with Easypromos. The admin can create as many labels as are needed, and each label can be customized with a particular name and color to make it easier to classify.
2. Facebook Page labels:
These labels appear automatically in the Admin Panel, based on the Facebook Pages which the user administers. They can be used to classify the different promotions being created, just like with a customized label.
In this way, upon creating a new promotion, the admin will be able to link to a specific client via the ‘Facebook Page' label, which means that all the users who are administrators of this page will also be able to see the promotion in their Admin Panel:
How can I add or create a tag for my promotion?
From the management promotion page you will find the option 'Manage labels'. From this window you will be able to:
1. Use one or more of the labels that have already been created:
The window shows all the tags that the administrator has available for his or her account. With just a single click on the label or labels these will be added to the promotion.
2. Create a new personalized label:
This enables you to create a new label which you will be able to use for this promotion. It will also be available for you to employ in other campaigns. To create it, click on the button titled 'Add Label':
A text field will appear. All you need to do here is enter the name of the label:
Where can I see and manage all my labels?
In the Easypromos Admin Panel, you must click on the dropdown menu 'Utilities' next to your name, which is located at the top of the page, where you'll find the option "Labels".
From here you’ll be able to access the list of all the customized tags that you have created: you’ll be able to see them, modify their color or delete them.
To filter the promotions to search for and locate those that contain a specific label, use the filter dropdown menu:
